Georgette, a retired prostitute and now a street singer.
She is an outspoken character with a flowery speech and leads a brigade of beggars whose mission is to remove all the statues of the Virgin Mary from the city and its surroundings. She has a low tolerance of foreigners and hates Kassim Namour.
