I am pleased to announce my participation in the International Biennial of ” Petit Format de Papier ” with many other artists.
The MPFAC hereby announces the upcoming opening of its signature exhibition: the international Biennial “Petit Format de Papier”. An exhibition , bringing together more than a hundred artists from all horizons, focused on works not exceeding the DINA4 paper format.
For this 21st edition, the Musée du Petit Format d’Art Contemporain collaborates with the Centre Culturel Action – Sud de Viroinval, in Nismes , and the musée de l’Ardenne in Charleville – Mézières, France.
This project being itinerant, the partner structures will show the small size artistic propositions in two distinct exhibitions. Over the course of four months, discover the work of the international artists invited to participate and their view on the world through 216 unique works. For this occasion, an edited catalog , containing reproductions of all the works sent by the artists as well as a contextualization of the project , will be available.
Second exhibitions to : Charleville – Mézières
The exhibition will be travelling to our French neighbors and be visible from 9 October until 31 December at the musée de l’Ardenne in Charleville – Mézières. The opportunity to (re)discover th e works of the selected artists in another space where the past and the present meet, to enter into dialogue. Open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Entrance to the temporary exhibition gallery is free. Opening : Saturday 8 October from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am , during “Nuit Blanche”. Artistic performances during the evening.
